Carefully pack the returned order, including all received items. Pack the products in such a way that neither the packaging nor the contents are damaged.

Sending the return/exchange

Send the parcel at one of over 40,000 points across Poland.

Information regarding refunds

Done! You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the return shipment. Exchanges are also processed within a maximum of 14 days. At ACE-WARSAW, we ensure the entire process is quick and hassle-free.
