RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

1. Right of withdrawal

1.1. In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, a Client who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the goods.

1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client is obliged to inform the Seller of their decision by submitting an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by traditional mail or an e-mail message).

1.3. The Client may use the model withdrawal form available on the Store's website, but this is not obligatory.


2. Rules for returning goods

2.1. The Client is obliged to return the goods immediately, no later than 14 days from the day of informing about the withdrawal from the contract.

2.2. The goods should be sent to the address: ul. Obrońców 39, 05-091 Ząbki, at the Client's expense, unless otherwise agreed.

2.3. The Client is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a manner exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.


3. Refund of funds

3.1. In the event of an effective withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from the Client, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered by us), immediately - no later than 14 days from the day we received the withdrawal statement.

3.2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used by the Client for the original transaction, unless the Client agrees to a different solution.

3.3. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of their return is provided – whichever occurs first.


4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

  • products made to individual order or adapted to the Client's individual needs,
  • products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life,
  • products delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening for hygienic or health reasons,
  • audio recordings, visual recordings, and software supplied in a sealed package – after it has been opened.
